In short

Wonderfruit 2026 runs from 3 to 7 December at The Fields, Siam Country Club in Chonburi, about 30 minutes from central Pattaya, a week earlier than its usual slot and on the same weekend Tomorrowland debuts 15 minutes away. General sale opened 1 September 2026 at 10,900 THB for the five-day pass and 9,500 THB for the weekend pass, with intro, youth and family passes. You can camp on site (general camping from about 1,500 THB per person, or boutique camping) or stay in Pattaya and use the festival shuttles.

When and where

Wonderfruit 2026 takes place from Thursday 3 to Monday 7 December at The Fields, the festival’s permanent home at Siam Country Club in Chonburi province. It is about 30 minutes by car from central Pattaya and roughly two to three hours from Bangkok. The organisers moved a week earlier than the festival’s usual second-weekend-of-December date, which puts it on the same weekend as the first Tomorrowland Thailand, held about 15 minutes’ drive away; expect Pattaya hotels and transport to be busier than a normal December weekend. Gates open around midday each day and the main gate closes after midnight.

Passes and prices

General sales opened on 1 September 2026 at 16:00 Bangkok time. The published prices are 10,900 THB for the five-day full pass and 9,500 THB for the weekend pass covering Saturday and Sunday; subsidised intro passes for first-timers, youth passes and family passes are also sold. Earlier tiers were cheaper and have closed, and the festival has sold out in previous years, so buy on the official site (wonderfruit.co/tickets) rather than waiting. Passes cover the stages, art installations, talks, food villages and daytime workshops; camping and some workshops are extra.

Boutique camping

Boutique camping is the festival’s on-site glamping village with its own entrance, 24-hour reception, permanent bathrooms with showers, a guest-only restaurant and bar, a lakeside lounge and dedicated parking. It is sold separately from the pass, you still need a valid pass, and bookings are final once made. Check-in opens at midday on 3 December and checkout is midday on 7 December. It is the easy option for anyone who wants to be on site without owning camping gear, and it sells out early.

General camping

General camping is bring-your-own-tent, priced at about 1,500 THB per person for the five days before VAT, with shared bathrooms and showers, charging stations, water refill points and shaded communal areas. Check-in starts in the afternoon of 3 December and checkout is midday on 7 December. Pitches are first come, first served, and tent trucks and campervans are not allowed inside. December nights in Chonburi are mild, so a light tent and a sleeping mat are enough.

Hand-picked for this topic — prices in Thai baht, free cancellation on most options.

Staying in Pattaya instead

Many visitors stay in a Pattaya or Jomtien hotel and commute. The festival sells unlimited-ride shuttle passes from designated stops; a Bolt or Grab from central Pattaya to The Fields takes about 30 minutes and costs around 300–400 THB each way, with surge pricing late at night. Hotels near Siam Country Club and in East Pattaya are the quietest option; central Pattaya gives you the beach and the nightlife on the days you are not at the festival. Book early: with Tomorrowland on the same weekend, December 2026 will be the tightest hotel weekend Pattaya has seen.

Getting to Pattaya for the festival

From Bangkok Suvarnabhumi the simplest route is a private transfer to Pattaya in about 1.5–2 hours, or the airport bus to Jomtien; from Don Mueang allow an extra hour. U-Tapao airport near Sattahip is closer still if you can find a flight. Our Bangkok-to-Pattaya guide and airport transfer page cover prices and options.

Practical tips

Bring a reusable water bottle for the refill points, cash for vendors that do not take cards, and ear protection if you are camping near the stages. Daytime temperatures in early December sit around 30°C with cool evenings; sunscreen and a light layer for the night both earn their place. Check the official site for the shuttle timetable, parking rules and the final programme in the weeks before you travel.
